ABOUT NATASHA

Natasha Medlar is a Brooklyn-based Fashion Accessory Stylist and dedicated Homelessness Advocate. Driven by her passion for social change, Natasha uses her platforms to educate and inspire, with the hope of fostering a better future. Her work includes providing continuous aid to the homeless, supporting shelters and orphanages globally, and hosting empowering events that bring people together for positive change.

As a survivor of domestic violence and sexual assault, Natasha endured years of physical, emotional, and psychological abuse from ages 14 to 21. In 2017, at the age of 27, she decided to break her silence and share her story publicly for the first time, revealing the painful experiences even close friends and family were unaware of. By sharing her journey on YouTube, Natasha aimed to give voice to victims who felt silenced, reminding them that they are not alone and encouraging them to find strength.

The overwhelming response from individuals worldwide led Natasha to become a trusted confidant for others facing similar challenges. Today, she continues to provide support, guidance, and resources to those in need, helping victims take the first steps toward reclaiming their lives.

Natasha's work and services have been featured on several international platforms, including the prominent media outlet, BBC News. In November 2018, she was honored as a Keynote Speaker at the United Nations' Day for the Elimination of Violence Against Women and Children in Malta.

To date, Natasha has directly assisted 11 individuals in escaping domestic abuse, spanning across the USA (6), Australia (3), the UK (1), and Nigeria (1).

Thanks to the generous support of donors, Natasha has provided aid to a total of 424 people in need across Australia, Los Angeles, New York, Atlanta, and Philadelphia. Additionally, she has also provided cash form assistance to two children’s orphanages in Malaysia.
